Marketing Makeover - Features
Here is a comprehensive list of our marketing products. Some, if not all, can be part of your Marketing Makeover. Just let us know which ones you’re interested in!
The Small Print: We don’t believe in small print, so we’ve placed our “terms & conditions” up right front. We try hard to make sure that the price you expect is the price we charge. So in that regard, we have listed the number of revisions included and the price for extras as you go. We will need your input to make this happen – and in order for it to work well, we need your replies to our proofs within two business days, and from only one point of contact within your organization. We will have you sign approvals along the way. Once you have signed one, going backwards in the process (i.e., working on something created before that approval) will incur additional charges. All deliveries of printing are to continental USA addresses via ground freight. All printing (unless noted as “digital”) is high-quality sheetfed lithography. Important: Web hosting is supplied by an outside company (approx $40/month or less). And without your payments directly to them, your site will cease to function at no liability to 28Page. Your site cannot be moved from their server. We’ll try and communicate these points regularly throughout the process, though, so don’t worry too much about remembering any of this!
Discovery: In-depth interview with you to research and discover the needs and nature of your business so that we can create marketing materials which support your goals and create success!
Marketing Message: We craft or review your basic marketing message, assuring that our materials have a clear focus from the start.
Naming Services: Research one company or product name of your choice. Provide data on any related trademarks. If needed, we will develop 5-10 name ideas via our proprietary naming procedure.
Domain Services: Research and suggest up to 10 domain names. Purchase 1 domain name of your choice on your behalf (for one year), or work with your current registrar to move/repoint domain as needed for new website.
Copywriting: Our expert copywriters draft the basic text for your selected package within the time noted. You can make changes, or request additional writing time (at additional cost). For websites, our writing is designed to result in better search engine rankings. logo review: A written, impartial analysis of your current logo, should you have one, informs you of its pros and cons.
Logo Design: Our in-house design team spends up to 10 hours crafting an iconic image which will represent your company for years to come. This is the most important part of your marketing toolkit! We create or revise logo based upon the analysis, the discovery, and the messaging, with 3-5 initial concepts and 2 rounds of minor revisions included. (Additional rounds or concepts at $90/round.) We finalize the logo and supply vector (.eps) and bitmap (.jpg) final files, as color, black and white, and true 2-color.
Collateral design: We put your beautiful logo into application with designs for letterhead, envelopes, and business cards.
Letterhead: Print and deliver 1000 (unless otherwise noted) 8.5 x 11 full-color letterhead (one-side) on our house white paper.

Business-class website (simple): This full-featured website normally consumes an entire 2-page bid in itself! Included is a fully custom design, custom front page and interior page, and custom wireframe – all from a custom site map we create; up to 3 designs (additional at $250/each), 2 rounds of design revisions, up to 3 rounds of site revisions (add’l at $90/round.), font selections, an incredible content management system (CMS) which allows you to easily change the site yourself; a free iPhone app to see stats and add blog entries; layout of up to 10 pages of the site with 1-2 pix per page (add’l pages at $40/each, tables and custom html billed hourly); up to one hour of research for stock photography; a blog module; the setup of 1 photo gallery and 1 links page; a custom favicon and RSS feed. Site is html and search-engine friendly, additional SEO services are available. Flash and/or ecommerce features are not included unless otherwise specified. Up to 2 hours of training time included, as well as a 1-year warranty for technical problems.
Flash intro: Adobe Flash-made animated introduction or site element created, not to exceed 5 slides or 30 seconds of animation with simple moving elements. (We will create from scratch, or examine your idea up front and advise if it fits within “simple” criteria.) email services: We will spend up to 2 hours to setup your email addresses (up to 4) or move your current email services to your new domain names.
Ecommerce services: Using our provider-of-choice, we will setup and integrate a simple ecommerce platform into your website. (Additional monthly charges apply, direct from supplier.) If you have an existing platform, we will look at their offerings and – at our discretion – integrate them into your new website. (We prefer to discuss existing ecommerce platforms up front to avoid any complications.)
Facebook & twitter setup: Setup basic Facebook and Twitter accounts using your logo and marketing messaging.
Reminder service: As time permits, we will send ongoing weekly emails reminding you of the normal marketing items that you most likely should be doing, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reminders of items such as: update blog;Tweet and post to Facebook; check your inventory of your collateral; Google your name and look for certain things; check your website stats; update your website text; etc.
