Developing a great website is only the first part of the battle. But then it has to be managed. What can then happen is that you have to pay $75 to $150 an hour to have someone make updates … assuming they’re not too busy and that they can get to it when you need it handled. Or, there’s a content-management-system (CMS) which allows you to control your site — but that CMS is so overly complex that you have to spend hours of your valuable time trying to figure it out … only to hire back your web developer to fix what you couldn’t. To make it really simple, we include training time on the CMS so that you know how to do what you want to do. And we also include a 1-year technical warranty to fix the very rare bug that can creep up on a completely custom project. And we follow through: on our Business and Ultimate packages we call you monthly for 3 to 6 months to make sure you’re comfortable with the site management, and to make sure you’re getting your desired results.
